Dawn and I enjoyed a short weekend getaway in the Marble Falls area. We stayed at nice little 2 bed/2 bath cabin in Kingsland and spent Saturday antiquing and shopping in Marble Falls. We decided to eat lunch out while we were shopping and we saw a restaurant that sounded interesting, and in fact it turned out to be fantastic. Most will probably find this boring, but we are watching Domino Masters and finding it very lighthearted and fun.

It doesn't matter what kind of surgery you have, it's almost a guarantee that it's going to hurt for days or weeks after. Here is to at least the next few weeks of crappy discomfort.

Me: What would you like for dinner tonight?
Her: I don't know.
Me: How about leftover spaghetti?
Her: Yes! Yes! I want puh-sketti!
Me: What about chicken nuggets and tater tots!
Her: I want puh-sketti and tater tots!
Me: Lets see what Mommy wants.
Her: Okay.

Not sure that I need all this legal stuff since I'm not selling anything, collecting visitor info, allowing visitors to comment or post, etc, but I decided to to add them just to be safe.

According to my daughter, my wife is practicing pork-a-cheese (Portuguese). I haven't stopped laughing yet.
